Webcast viewers must have access to World Wide Web (WWW) on the Internet. If you use a modem to connect to the Internet, the connection speed must be at least 56Kbps. Your computer must have a sound card and speakers installed. You must also have the latest version of RealPlayer or RealOne on your computer and configured to work with the WWW browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, Opera, etc). If you do not have RealPlayer, you may download a free copy from Real Networks. The latest version is RealOne Player 2.0.
Shortly before 8:00 a.m. on June 19, 2003, point your Web browser to http://videocast.nih.gov, the NIH Videocasting site. Select “Today’s Events” to see a list of available programs for viewing. Select National Conference on Asthma 2003. This opens RealPlayer and you are ready to view the conference.
